Pain

Home office can be a challenge: working at the kitchen table, in the living room or even in bed ... poor lighting conditions ... only a small laptop screen ...

A great burden for the body, also for the well-being.

Unfortunately, we all know these disorders: pain in the neck, pinching in the back or shoulder area, headache in the evening or tension in the muscles.

The following tips should help you avoid these complaints in the first place

  • Is my workplace well set up? Is there enough light?
  • Is my chair adjusted correctly?
  • The correct table height prevents back pain (place forearms at about right angles)
  • The screen should be at eye level so that you don't have to turn your head down.
  • The mouse should be adapted to the size of the hand, and the mouse click must be gentle
  • Getting up regularly helps: stretch your back, stretch your fingers, look into the distance!

Nevertheless - tension and pain can arise despite all the tips.

Come to us - we specialize in pain therapies. We can help. Let us prove that massages can effectively relieve pain, tensions disappear and the muscles become supple again.

We care about your health!
